Job Description
Astute Competent Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant HR. In this essential role, you will play a pivotal part in our recruitment process by managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will also extend to maintaining employee records and HR documentation, assisting with attendance and leave management, and preparing payroll. Additionally, you will organize employee engagement activities and training sessions, as well as support performance appraisals and the implementation of HR policies.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in addressing employee inquiries and ensuring efficient HR operations, thereby fostering a positive workplace environment.
