About This Role
We’re a fast-growing professional services and consulting firm specializing in CRM implementations and custom solutions. We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant who thrives in a support role and enjoys managing various operational and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage information across multiple platforms, supporting CRM functions.
- Communicate with partners via email, Slack, and Asana.
- Track and manage timesheets for accuracy.
- Assist in creating reports and spreadsheets.
- Support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
- Help with system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
