Job Description
Jubilee Life Insurance is on the lookout for a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the initial point of contact for all visitors, you will be essential in fostering a warm and professional atmosphere.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Managing the front desk by answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinating with internal departments for effective visitor management.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
- Maintaining visitor and attendance logs.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
