Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a prominent Telecom Company, is currently seeking a skilled Online Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Johar Town. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and guiding users through effective solutions. Additionally, you will document customer interactions, escalate complex technical problems as necessary, and provide clients with insights into product features.
