Job Description
Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a qualified Accounts Manager to oversee our daily accounting operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, you will supervise junior staff and provide support to management in financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles is crucial, along with proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
Skills: Candidates must demonstrate financial reporting capabilities, effective budgeting skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
