Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of our student hostel. The role requires ensuring a safe, supportive, and disciplined environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hostel operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
- Address and resolve student concerns or conflicts.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the hostel.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with the administration to improve hostel facilities and services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hostel or facility management is preferred.
- Ex-Captains and Ex-Majors are highly encouraged to apply for their leadership and discipline.
- Ability to manage a diverse group of students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs1.00 – Rs2.00 per month
