Job Description

Our client, from the Punjab Government, needs female tourist consultants/tour guide/protocol officers to be based in Lahore. Please, apply if you meet the following criteria.

• Job Type: Full-time (Contract) – Lahore Based
• Experience Required: Freshers to 1 Year
• Education: Minimum Graduation, BA, BSc
• Key Responsibilities:
• As a Tourist Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and informative experiences to visitors by guiding them through tours of historical landmarks, natural sites, cultural institutions, and more.
• Lead guided tours and provide detailed information about attractions, history, culture, and local customs.
• Plan and organize routes to ensure visitors see the most important highlights.
• Answer questions and offer insights to enhance the guest’s knowledge and experience.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants.
• Keep up-to-date with changes or new information related to the area, landmarks, or cultural aspects.
• Engage tourists in an interactive and friendly manner, tailoring the tour to the needs and interests of the group.
• Assist tourists with any inquiries about local amenities, dining, shopping, and events.
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, history, and culture.
• Fluency in Urdu (additional languages are a plus).
• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic with a passion for working with people.
• Ability to manage groups and provide clear instructions.
