Job Description
Techno Studio UK is currently in search of a skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve our clients based in the USA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, specifically with American clients, along with exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of CSR experience, preferably with USA clients
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Flexible to work various shifts aligned with USA time zones
- Positive demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
