Job Description
ACE MARKETING is looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to become part of our Call Centre as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, provide answers to inquiries about our resorts, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
