Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the Amazon selling process, including product research, listing creation and optimization, inventory management, advertising (PPC), and customer service. This is a full-service role, requiring expertise in all areas of Amazon Seller Central to help us grow and scale our business.

Responsibilities:

Product Research and Sourcing:

  • Identify profitable product opportunities based on market trends, competition, and demand analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality products at competitive prices.

Amazon Listing Creation & Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings with engaging, keyword-rich titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve organic ranking.
  • Develop product images and enhanced brand content (A+ content) to improve conversion rates.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate shipments with suppliers and Amazon fulfillment centers (FBA).
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with FBA and manage inbound shipments to ensure timely restocking.

Amazon Advertising (PPC) Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of ad performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Competitor and Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Recommend pricing and promotional strategies to stay competitive and improve profit margins.

Customer Service & Account Health:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and resolve any customer service issues to maintain a high seller rating.
  • Monitor Amazon account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

Sales and Performance Reporting:

  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics including sales performance, advertising spend, return on investment (ROI), and overall store growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance store performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end.
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably with a strong focus on Amazon FBA.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and Enhanced Brand Content (A+).
  • Knowledge of international marketplaces and multi-channel selling strategies.
  • Expertise in Amazon listing creation, optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising management.
  • Experience in inventory and supply chain management, preferably in an FBA environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Amazon store’s success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
