Job Description
CSR SERVICES LLC, a prominent USA-based Real Estate Company, is seeking talented Cold Callers to join our team. Salary: Up to 60,00 PKR plus a commission of $100 for each property closing. Office Location: Johar Town, Lahore. Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST). We have 6 positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Explain the advantages of cash offers for their properties.
- Record property details and sellers’ motivation.
- Keep accurate call records and update CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Previous cold calling experience is a plus, but we welcome fresh candidates with strong skills.
