Job Description
BDS Corporation is on the lookout for a skilled Dispatcher to join our Freight Broker team for our USA campaign. This position involves connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate rates and terms for shipping contracts.
- Coordinate logistics and track shipment progress.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Compensation: $30,00 – $100,00 monthly, plus commissions.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Employment Type: Full-time, onsite only.
