Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage daily attendance issues, oversee employee attendance records, and maintain up-to-date employee files. Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports and facilitating the opening of bank accounts for employees. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring efficient HR operations in both rural and urban settings.
This position is located in either Chunian or Pattoki. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferably a BBA in HR) and have 3-4 years of relevant experience.
