Job Description

Agahe Pakistan is on the lookout for qualified candidates to fill the position of Area Manager for Microfinance operations across the following districts: Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzafargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify loan disbursement processes.
• Conduct recovery visits and meetings with clients.
• Ensure adherence to business quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
• Oversee team performance and effectively manage conflicts.
• Perform periodic compliance monitoring related to AML/CFT regulations.

Salary: Competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month, based on experience.
