Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a distinguished telecom company, is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the banking sector (CSR).
- Experience with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
