Job Description
Indus Motor is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Manager in our Manufacturing Division. The successful applicant should have 8-10 years of relevant industry experience. Key responsibilities will include the development and implementation of maintenance systems, management of PLCs and instrumentation, oversight of spare parts management, and the promotion of continuous improvement through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean methodologies. Additionally, the role involves enhancing our Training Center.
Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities.
