Job Description
Indigo Heights Hotel is actively seeking a committed Office Coordinator to enhance our operations. This full-time position operates on Eastern Standard Time and requires outstanding administrative expertise to facilitate seamless office functions while providing support to our staff and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations.
- Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate documentation pertaining to students, staff, and activities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing comprehensive reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- American accent required.
- Experience in drop shipping is essential.
