Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support daily operations for imports and exports, including coordinating bookings, managing documentation, and tracking shipments.

2. Assist in preparing customs clearance paperwork and work closely with clearing agents.

3. Aid in warehouse operations, including receiving goods, conducting stock checks, and maintaining basic inventory records.

4. Update shipment databases and generate routine reports.

5. Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to monitor consignments.

6. Engage in route planning and conducting cost analyses.

Qualifications:

1. Final-year undergraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in Excel.
