Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the main point of contact for our customers through phone, email, or chat. In this role, you will handle order processing, resolve customer issues, and provide outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer needs.
- Experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
