Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a dedicated Calling Agent to join our team! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. You should be adept at engaging with customers and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Handle incoming inquiries
- Promote our products and services
- Keep detailed records of calls
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Qualifications: At least 2 years of telecalling experience, strong communication skills, proven sales closing ability, and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
Compensation: Competitive salary of Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month, plus performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement.
