Job Description
Indigo Developers is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee and enhance project costs during the construction phase. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, tracking project expenditures, managing contracts, and discovering cost-saving opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Track spending and enforce cost control measures.
- Administer contracts and address related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid PEC registration number required.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, on-site work is mandatory.
