Job Description
Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Facebook Chat Support Associate. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through Messenger, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and facilitate the conversion of leads into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have previous experience in online support or sales, and demonstrate a sales-driven mindset.
Requirements: A minimum of an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, over 1 year of experience in online support or sales, strong proficiency in written English, an ability to manage multiple chat conversations, and a focus on achieving sales goals.
Working Hours: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM)
Compensation: Rs 15,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
