Job Description
Naat Foods Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a committed Transportation Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our vehicle fleet. This crucial role ensures that our fleet remains roadworthy, safe, and operates efficiently while supervising workshop staff, managing inventory, and adhering to budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workshop operations, including maintenance and diagnostics.
- Plan and implement routine preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and tools effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of workshop management experience.
- Strong technical acumen and leadership capabilities.
