Job Description
Sky Light Travels UK LTD, a reputable full-time office-based company in the UK, is looking for a dedicated Reservation Sales Agent to become part of our inbound campaign team. We strongly encourage female applicants to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Book and issue international flight tickets.
- Professionally manage customer inquiries.
- Oversee flight issuance and cancellations.
- Upsell hotel accommodations and flight packages.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Proficient in fare calculations.
Location: Jhang (mandatory).
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
This position is a full-time contract lasting 12 months.
