Job Description
Esire is looking for a talented Female Fashion Designer (BFOQ requirement) to elevate our online apparel sales experience. This position emphasizes product fitting and size evaluation, specifically for women’s leather jackets and apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fit testing on female models.
- Review and standardize size sets.
- Collaborate on size chart standardization.
- Recommend modifications to address fit issues.
- Ensure quality and sizing consistency across products.
- Benchmark competitor fits.
- Contribute to the development of women’s fashion styles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise.
