TechPartner.pk is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Executive to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The selected candidate will oversee payroll operations, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and provide exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare employee contracts, identification cards, and maintain personnel files.
- Assist with payroll invoice preparation and reconciliation tasks.
- Address inquiries related to payroll and employee benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in HR and Payroll.
Compensation: Rs130,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work in a Team
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
