The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client concerns, mentoring team members, and implementing innovative strategies to improve customer engagement. A proficiency in CRM software, along with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management—preferably in the real estate sector—is essential for success in this position.
