Job Description
ASK Development is looking for a committed Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Islamabad, located in DHA-Phase-07. This is a full-time role.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of Graduation or Intermediate
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu (neutral dialect)
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred
- Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs45,00 per month with performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will manage customer calls, deliver online support, track issues, generate trouble tickets, maintain records, and perform additional tasks as required during their shift.
