Job Description
A.H.Y Plastic Industries is seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill key administrative responsibilities. The selected candidate will manage daily and monthly reports, operate computerized weight scales for material measurements, and prepare gate passes while generating weight scale reports. Additional duties include coordinating with the HR and Admin teams on labor matters, verifying attendance and overseeing overtime records, supervising security and janitorial staff, and enrolling workers in HRM and biometric systems. Candidates should also be prepared to complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Required skills include strong communication, teamwork, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
