Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is actively seeking experienced and motivated individuals to become part of our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. This position is essential for verifying customer details after sales calls and ensuring the accuracy of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound verification calls to confirm customer information.
- Update and verify data collected by sales or support teams.
- Maintain precise call logs and CRM records.
- Identify and address any data discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in call center or verification roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Must be located in Rawalpindi and available for on-site work.
