Job Description
Join our dynamic Chat Unit at ASK Development, where we are looking for motivated individuals to assist customers through online support. In this role, you will identify customer needs and address inquiries via live chat, inbound calls, and email.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, facilitating smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- No prior experience necessary; fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of customer service experience are welcome.
- A strong team player willing to work flexible shifts.
Location: DHA Phase 7
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month
