Job Description
Biztek Apps is on the lookout for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team located in Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, along with exceptional communication skills, we invite you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 75,00 – PKR 100,00 + attractive commissions & bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform warm leads into successful sales.
- Deliver high-quality support and address customer inquiries.
- Engage professionally through calls, emails, and chat.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or English.
