Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking an experienced Senior General Contractor Estimator to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This full-time role involves overseeing exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed estimates and collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Evaluate designs to identify cost-efficient solutions.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of estimation experience based in the US, proficiency with estimation tools, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Salary: $200,00.00 – $250,00.00 per month.
