Job Description

AWT Investments is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) Executive to manage both inbound and outbound communications. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and efficiently resolve issues. Outbound responsibilities will include executing promotional campaigns and conducting surveys to gather customer feedback. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism and deliver exceptional customer support.

Your responsibilities will encompass responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining precise CRM records. Additionally, during outbound campaigns, you will engage with customers to promote products, track leads, and meet performance metrics related to call volumes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with previous customer service experience preferred.
