Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries effectively via phone.
- Provide online support for our services.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve issues that exceed 48 hours.
- Create and manage Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of faults for assigned regions.
- Complete special tasks as assigned during shifts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation or Intermediate.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- Location: Must reside in Islamabad.
- Experience: Preferred 6 months to 2 years, especially in a call center role.
