Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Medical Record Coder to join our team at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Clifton Campus.
Education: Master’s degree in Physiology.
Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code inpatient, outpatient, and daycare discharges utilizing ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS classification systems.
- Regularly update histopathology-coded charts.
- Monitor and code all uncoded medical record folders from the previous day.
- Address and code any backlog discharges promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
