Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate details about products, pricing, and order status.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
