Job Description

Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage attendance punching
• Oversee payroll processing
• Handle overtime, advances, and leave administration
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred

Compensation: Monthly salary of Rs. 60,00 – 70,00 along with attractive benefits.
