Job Description
Hot N Spicy is looking for a committed Feedback Supervisor to oversee customer feedback via call monitoring and reporting. This role involves assessing recorded customer interactions to ensure service quality, pinpoint recurring issues, and facilitate performance enhancements across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess recorded customer calls.
- Identify service gaps through customer feedback.
- Maintain a log of issues and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments for prompt issue resolution.
- Compile feedback trend reports.
- Offer insights for training and service improvements.
Qualifications: A Matric or Intermediate qualification, preferred experience in call monitoring or customer service, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel are required.
