We are looking for a dedicated Operations Support Officer to oversee daily Control Room operations. The successful candidate will assist employees with inquiries, guide them through troubleshooting procedures, and confirm shift schedules. You will also be responsible for updating duty times in our Roster Management System and escalating priority issues to management when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and we welcome applications from fresh graduates.
