Job Description
TransLinguist is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Project Management Assistant to become part of our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple localization projects, ensuring their timely execution and maintaining strict quality assurance standards. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with sales personnel, negotiating with vendors, managing project finances, and preparing comprehensive documentation. Strong communication skills with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
To be considered, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, demonstrate excellent oral and written English proficiency, and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional attention to detail are required. Experience in translation and localization project management will be viewed favorably.
