We are seeking a detail-oriented Call Operator to join our dynamic team. Candidates should possess at least an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound phone calls, greeting callers, and directing their inquiries to the appropriate departments. You will also maintain and update the call operator database and manage our computerized telephone directories to ensure accurate information dissemination. Proficiency in operating a centralized PABX communication system while adhering to hospital protocols is essential.
