Winnors is actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our calling team as Night Shift Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will engage with potential customers in the U.S. by following a structured script and transferring interested callers to our senior sales agents. Prior experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive training to equip you for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Follow the provided script diligently.
- Transfer qualified calls to senior sales agents.
- Maintain accurate call records.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Shift & Benefits: This is a full-time position from 7 PM to 7 AM PKT, offering a competitive salary, commission, and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
