Job Description
Accotech Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative duties across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations using Xero or QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and debtor reports.
- Manage client payments and implement a zero-debtors policy.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or administration.
- Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
