Job Description
We invite you to become a Customer Service Executive at H-Verse! In this vital role, you will engage with our customers across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries regarding our products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass providing prompt responses, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. You will also handle order processing, track deliveries, update customer profiles in our CRM system, and gather valuable feedback for service enhancements.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs70,00.00 and Rs80,00.00. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
