Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Position Summary: HG Markets Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to oversee reception operations and provide essential administrative support. This role serves as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, manage phone communications, maintain visitor logs, and execute clerical tasks efficiently.
Qualifications: A minimum of intermediate-level education, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing position is highly desirable.
