Faisal Movers Express is seeking a dedicated female Customer Care Executive to join our team at the Faizabad bus terminal. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers both in person and over the phone. Strong communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and via phone.
- Provide detailed information on schedules and services.
- Accurately maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery.
- Support booking processes and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Fluency in both Urdu and English.
