Job Description
Are you a skilled leader with a proven track record in managing high-performance call centers? Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Final Expense Operations Manager to take charge of our USA-based Telesales Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Final Expense Telesales team.
- Track performance metrics and achieve sales goals.
- Train and mentor team members to optimize their performance.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in Operations Management, preferably in Final Expense.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
