Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with client follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist (Real Estate preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
