Job Description
Join Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd., located in the Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore, as a Real Estate Sales Executive in our Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the GM of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in promoting both residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling our diverse real estate offerings.
- Generating leads through networking, digital channels, and cold calling.
- Conducting engaging property tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and successfully closing sales deals.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 2–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
